Hand-carved from a single piece of natural bamboo, each whisk reflects traditional craftsmanship used in Japanese tea preparation. Available in both classic white bamboo and elegant purple bamboo, this chasen adds both beauty and performance to your daily ritual.

The 100‑prong design is especially well suited for whisking ceremonial matcha (usucha), producing a smooth, creamy microfoam and evenly suspended matcha with no clumps or bitterness.

Care Instructions: Rinse gently with cool or lukewarm water after use, do not use soap. Shake off  excess water & allow to air dry completely. Store with prongs facing down on a whisk holder if available to help maintain shape. 

How to Use: Before first use, soak the whisk tips in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften the bamboo. Add sifted matcha and warm water to your bowl, then whisk briskly in a quick zig‑zag motion until a smooth foam forms on the surface.
