A certified organic single herb tincture of fresh valerian root (Valeriana officinalis). Fresh Herb / Menstruum Ratio 1:2

Valerian root may help ease muscle aches. It may be mildly sedating for some. It has been traditionally used by herbalists to aid in relieving occasional cramps associated with menstruation. May also help relax the central nervous system and smooth muscle groups.

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Place 1 serving under the tongue for 30 seconds to 1 minute then swallow.
